Totoka Islands Ltd is excited to announce the launch of its commercial barging services, which began in July 2024. This new service is designed to address the critical sea logistics needs of Fiji’s vast archipelago, with more than 300 islands.
Our barge, equipped with a low draft of less than 1 meter, is able to land on islands across prevailing reefs at nearly all high tides, providing reliable access to even the most remote locations. Additionally, the barge's innovative jet propulsion system eliminates the need for traditional propellers, ensuring minimal impact on the rich marine environment and delicate reefs. This eco-friendly design helps preserve the natural beauty and biodiversity of Fiji’s waters.
The advanced deck layout allows for seamless rolling on and off of vehicles and trucks, making our barging services efficient and versatile for various commercial needs.
